What types of organisations do you work with?

How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the scope. A standalone workshop can be a single day. An HR strategy project typically runs 6–12 weeks. Leadership development programs are usually 3–6 months for meaningful behaviour change. We always scope based on your goals and timeline.
Do you offer customised training programs?
Yes — almost all our programs are customised to your organisation’s context, culture and challenges. We start with a discovery conversation to understand your needs before designing anything. Off-the-shelf rarely fits well; we prefer building what actually works for you.
Can you work with us remotely or do you only do in-person?
We deliver both. In-person workshops and programs are available across India. Virtual and hybrid formats are available for distributed teams or international clients. Many clients use a blended approach — kick-off in person, followed by virtual modules.
